Salary: £14.80 - £15.40 

Accomplish Group are currently recruiting for a Deputy Care Home Manager to join our AMAZING supportive team in St Neots.

Eynesbury House supports 9 adults who have a dual diagnosis of Autism or a mild Learning Disability

We are looking for a dynamic person who can “make a house a home” and who can work in line with our EPIC values and really own this career defining opportunity and develop the home over a period of time into an OUTSTANDING home.

As with all Accomplish Homes the house is in excellent shape, big kitchen and garden with plenty of parking and space. Regular updates and maintenance keep the house like a home. The service is based in the heart of the community, where it is excellent for introducing independence to the people we support.

This opportunity will see you lead and inspire your own team. With your guidance, the team will ensure that the people we support have the very best care, great role models and a place to call home.

The home is staffed with a fantastic dynamic team, we just need a Deputy to help push the home forward!

We are looking for a Deputy Manger who has:

  • Broad experience of managing people, service and quality
  • Must have NVQ / QCF in Health and Social Care Level 3 or above and be willing to work towards Level 4
  • A high level of personal integrity towards providing a high standard of service
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice
  • A good understanding of commercial principles and practices
