SALARY: £12.00 - £12.70 per hour / £24,960 - £26,416 per annum
Full UK Driving Licence with access to a vehicle: Essential

About Us
Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service provides vital support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and acquired brain injuries. Role Overview
As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day support and routines of the individuals we serve.
As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including:
- Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
- Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
- Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administrating medication.
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
- Assisting with personal care as required.
- Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
- Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
Qualifications
- Experience in the care sector is not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- A strong enthusiasm and commitment to our company values is essential.
