Peripatetic Manager- Supported Living
Salary: Up to £47,000
Bonus Scheme - Earn 21% of your Salary
Car Allowance - £3,600 per annum + Mileage
We're looking for a Peripatetic Manager who brings more than just experience- someone who leads with integrity, humility, and a deep understanding of what outstanding care truly looks like. You'll be overseeing and supporting residential homes predominantly across the Merseyside area.
Your Role as a Peripatetic Manager:
You will be more than a manager. You will be a leader, an advocate, and a driving force for positive change. Your role is vital in shaping lives of both the people in our care and the team around you.
- Provide leadership and management to a team of Registered Managers in our Supported Living settings
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality care services to clients
- Support the Registered Managers with care planning- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care services through auditing and make necessary adjustments
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Manage budgets and financial resources effectively
- Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for clients
- Provide guidance and support to Registered Managers and staff in areas such as medication administration, documentation and compliance with legislation and CQC regulations
- Be the acting Manager for a home, for a period of time, in the absence of a Registered Manager and carry out the complete duties of a Registered Manager.
