Personal Assistant Administrator

Up to 31k 

Full Time – 37.5hrs a week

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm – Majority of which will be remote working from home

Paid Mileage (When required to travel) – 30p per mile

Occasional meetings with overnight stays

Beyond routine tasks, we're committed to going above and beyond to ensure our clients lead fulfilling lives.

About the Role: We're seeking an experienced PA/Administrator with a background in the care sector to support our COO with her demanding schedules and administrative tasks. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive diary management for COO
  • Maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality
  • Screen calls and handle face-to-face inquiries
  • Coordinate meetings and record minutes
  • Ensure timely follow-up on meeting actions
  • Manage correspondence efficiently
  • Handle emails and mail as needed
  • Prepare reports and presentations
  • Undertake other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a PA/Administrator supporting Directors in the care sector
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Full UK Drivers Licence and Access to a car
  • Extensive experience in minute-taking
  • Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to cultivate excellent working relationships
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
  • High level of numeracy and literacy
  • Self-motivation and ability to multitask under pressure
