Partnered for Success:  As a Registered Care Home Manager, you will collaborate with a dedicated team supported by HR, Recruitment, Marketing, Estates, Finance, and IT experts. Together, we will continuously strive for OUTSTANDING CQC reports.

The residence is overseen by an exceptional and energetic team, now seeking a manager to drive the progress of the home to new heights!

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Brings 2 years’ residential experience in caring for adults with ABI
• Holds QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care or is eager to pursue it.
• Demonstrates a proven track record with a CQC history ideally rated as “Good” or above. Boasts leadership acumen through team management experience.
