Registered Manager - North London

Salary: Up to £40,000.00 OTE £48,400 Per Annum. 

Bonus Scheme - Earn 21% of your Salary

In your role, you will receive ongoing support by a dedicated team consisting of HR, Recruitment, Referrals, Marketing, Maintenance, Finance, Clinical, Legal, Commercial, Learning and Development and IT departments, you'll all work together towards the ultimate goal. Achieving CQC excellence and maintaining it.

Your leadership will empower your team to ensure impeccable care, foster role models, and create a genuine sense of home.

Your Profile:

  • 2 years’ residential experience
  • QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Track record of proven CQC success
