Registered Manager- Adult Residential Wales

Location: Haverfordwest

Salary: Up to £45,000

Bonus: 21 % Annual Bonus 

Accomplish are looking for a Registered Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations of our 14 bed Service. This service is made up of 3 houses, a Learning Difficulties house, a Mental Health house and an Acquired Brain Injury bungalow. You'd be supported by two Deputy Managers and a dedicated Regional Manager.

We are looking for a Manger who is:

• Experienced as a Registered Manager 
• Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
• Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or Acquired Brain Injury
• Demonstrates positive values
• Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
• Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
• Good awareness of CIW legislation, updates, changes and best practice
