Location: Hereford
Salary: Up to £43,000 (+ 21% Annual Bonus)
We're looking for a Registered Manager who brings more than just experience- someone who leads with integrity, humility, and a deep understanding of what outstanding care truly looks like.
We’re looking for a passionate Registered Manager to oversee our LD/MH service in Hereford. The home supports up to 7 adults with complex needs.

Your Role as a Registered Manager:
You will be more than a manager. You will be a leader, an advocate, and a driving force for positive change. Your role is vital in shaping lives of both the people in our care and the team around you.
- Experienced as a Registered Manager of a larger home or multi-site expereince
- Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
- Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities and Mental Health
- Demonstrates positive values
- Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
- Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
