Registered Manager

Location: Barnet, Greater London

Salary: Up to £45,000

Bonus: Annual Bonus 21%

We're looking for a  Registered Manager who brings more than just experience- someone who leads with integrity, humility, and a deep understanding of what outstanding care truly looks like. You'll be overseeing the operations of our 8 bed home in Barnet. This service supports people with complex needs, predominately LD. 

You will be more than a manager. You will be a leader, an advocate, and a driving force for positive change. Your role is vital in shaping lives of both the people in our care and the team around you. 

We are looking for a Manger who is:

• Experienced in a leadership role within Residential
• Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
• Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within LD and Residential care
• Demonstrates positive values
• Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
• Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
• Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
• Holds or is working towards a Level 5 Qualification
