Senior Night Support Worker - Willow Lodge

Job Role: Senior Night Support Worker 

Location: Bournemouth, BH5 2AD

Pay Rate: £13.60 - £14.20 per hour*

Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking full time (48 hours per week) Senior Night Support Workers to join our team in Bournemouth.

Willow Lodge is a relatively new service, which was registered with the Care Quality Commission in April 2020. At Willow Lodge we provide accommodation and support for up to 8 adults with Acquired Brain Injuries or Neurological Conditions.

If you are a Support Worker or Care Assistant with an NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care and the enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values every, this may be the role for you! 

As a Night Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including

  • Managing a team of Support Workers
  •  Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans  
  • Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
  • Liaise with health professionals and their families
  • Complete supervisions and audits
  •  To ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
