Location: Bridgend
Salary: £13.60 - £14.20* Depending on experience and qualifications
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift Patterns: 7:00am – 7:00pm / 8:00am – 8:00pm / 9:00am – 9:00pm / 7:00pm – 7:00am
UK Licence with access to a vehicle required!

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of Support Workers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to adults in supported living environments.
- Promote independence, dignity, and well-being for individuals with a variety of care needs.
- Support individuals with daily tasks such as personal care, household duties, budgeting, and accessing community activities.
- Assist with the development and implementation of individual care plans.
- Liaise with external agencies and professionals to ensure individuals receive the best possible care.
- Take part in team meetings, supervision sessions, and provide coaching and mentoring to Support Workers.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Support Worker in an adult care setting.
- A Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential, as travel between locations is required.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable adults.
- Experience in supervising or leading a team.
