JOB ROLE: Senior Support Worker

HOURS: Full Time – 35 hours per week

LOCATION: East Leake, Loughborough (LE12)

SALARY: £13.60 - £14.20* per hour  (This rate is effective as of 1st April - if you start prior to this date, your hourly rate will be £12.80 - £13.40 and will be automatically uplifted on 1st April)

About Brookside Avenue:

At Brookside Avenue we support 3 adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health Needs.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including

• Managing a team of Support Workers
• Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
• Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
• Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
• Liaise with health professionals and their families
• Complete supervisions and audits
• To ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
