JOB ROLE: Senior Support Worker

HOURS: Full Time 40 Hours

LOCATION: Liverpool L6

SALARY: £11.80 - £12.40 Depending on qualifications

Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in Liverpool, provides support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Acquired Brain Injuries​

If you are a Support Worker or Care Assistant with an NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care and the enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values every, this may be the role for you!

Experience within Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs or Acquired Brain Injuries required

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including

• Managing a team of Support Workers
• Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
• Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
• Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
• Liaise with health professionals and their families
• Complete supervisions and audits
• To ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
