Senior Support Worker - Maple Leaf Lodge

£12.80 - £13.40 per hour

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our AMAZING supportive team at Maple Leaf Lodge.

If you are a Support Worker with an NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care and the enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values every, this may be the role for you!

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including

• Managing a team of Support Workers
• Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans  
• Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
• Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
• Liaise with health professionals and their families
• Complete supervisions and audits
•  To ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.

Welcome to Maple Leaf Lodge, a residential care home in Birmingham committed to providing support for individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health Needs, and Acquired Brain Injuries. The service caters to up to 11 adults, offering personalised care pathways that prioritise independence and enhance the quality of life for the people supported. Our trained staff specialises in compassionate and professional care, addressing the unique challenges associated with diverse conditions.

Maple Leaf Lodge offer sector leading training and coaching to help their staff level up and further there career by learning new key skills, gaining a variety of excellent qualifications which can led to a vast number of progressment opportunities within the social care sector

Many of our Regional and Service Managers joined us as Senior Support Workers and through ongoing training and coaching they are continuing to move further up the accomplish ladder!
