SALARY: £13.45 - £14.05* per hour
HOURS: 35 per week
SHIFTS: 07:00-19:30PM, 08:30-21:00PM & 21:00-08:30AM
FULL UK MANUAL DRIVING LICENSE ESSENTIAL.

Rose Cottage is tucked away in the quiet village of Gwaun-Cae-Gurwen, right on the edge of the stunning Brecon Beacons National Park. It’s a peaceful, scenic spot—with fresh air, beautiful views, and a real sense of calm.
Even though we’re in a rural location, there’s loads nearby—local shops, cafés, sports clubs, a cinema, and more. We often organise trips to Swansea or Cardiff, which are both just about half an hour away.
As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including:
- Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
- Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
- Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administrating medication.
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
- Assisting with personal care as required.
- Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
- Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
