Due to continued growth, we are seeking Full Time Support Workers to join our AMAZING and supportive team at Glanmore in Telford, Part time and bank positions may be considered.

Glanmore has recently undergone a full refurbishment and offers a modern but homely environment for 7 people with Mental Health needs and Learning Disabilities

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including

• Prompting service users independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life
• Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administrating medication
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping
• Assisting with personal care (Depending on service user)
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking

Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development
