Due to continued growth, we are seeking Full Time Support Workers to join our AMAZING supportive team at Glanmore in Telford

Many of our Managers and Team Leaders joined us as a Support Worker and through ongoing training and coaching they are continuing to move further up the accomplish ladder into more senior positions

Welcome to Glanmore, a service dedicated to providing exceptional support for individuals with Mental Health Needs, Acquired Brain Injuries, Autism and Learning Disabilities.

Glanmore offers a secure and nurturing environment tailored to seven adults seeking rehabilitation and support in enhancing their skills and daily tasks.

Our ultimate goal is to empower individuals to attain greater independence, fostering their ability to eventually integrate into the broader community.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including

  • Prompting service users independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life
  • Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
  • Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administrating medication
  • Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping
  • Assisting with personal care (Depending on service user)
  • Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking

Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development
