JOB ROLE: Wake Night Support Worker
LOCATION: Kings Norton B38
SALARY: £12.00 - £12.70* per hour
SHIFT PATTERN: 35 hours per week, 21:00 - 07:00

Due to continued growth, we are seeking Full Time Wake Night Support Workers to join our amazing supportive team at Maple Leaf Lodge in King's Norton Birmingham

Maple Leaf Lodge supports up to 13 adults with complex needs, including profound and multiple learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviour.
Many of our Managers and Team Leaders joined us as a Wake Night Support Worker and through ongoing training and coaching provided by us they are continuing to move further up the accomplish ladder into more senior positions
As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including

Prompting service users independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life

Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests

Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administrating medication

Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping

Assisting with personal care (Depending on service user)

Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking
Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development
