£12.00 - £12.70 Depending on experience - We are seeking a Wake Night Support Worker to join our AMAZING supportive team at Beaconsfield.

This is a 9 hour shifts, 27 hours in total across Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service in Weymouth, provides support for people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health needs and Acquired Brain Injuries. We understand the importance of providing person-centred support that enables independence and meets each individual's needs.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including

• Prompting service users independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life
• Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administrating medication
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping
• Assisting with personal care (Depending on service user)
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking

£12.00 - £12.70 pay rate is applicable from the 1st April 2024 the previous rate  is £10.90 - £11.70*
