Female Senior Support Worker

£12.80 - £13.40 Depending on experience

we are urgently seeking 2x full time (40 hours per week) Female Senior Support Workers to join our Merseyside Supported Living team.

Must hold either a NVQ Level 3 or have 1 years experience as a Senior Support Worker.

If you are a Support Worker or Care Assistant with an NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care and the enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values every, this may be the role for you!

Our specialist Supported Living and Outreach services in the South West provide support for people with Mental Health needs, Autism, Learning Disabilities and Acquired Brain Injuries.

Experience within Mental Health, Autism and Dementia required

As a Female Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including

  • Managing a team of Support Workers
  • Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
  • Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
  • Liaise with health professionals and their families
  • Complete supervisions and audits
  • To ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
