JOB ROLE: PBS Team Leader - Supported Living

LOCATION: Liverpool

SALARY: £12.80 - £13.40* per hour

Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking a PBS Team Leader to join us in our Supported Living Team based in Liverpool!

About the role:

An excellent opportunity has arisen within Keys Group within the operation team and alongside a locality manger to support an individual with complex needs, learning disabilities and autism. We are recruiting a PBS Team Leader to work in a supported living service in Liverpool. Providing supervision, support and assistance with the running of the service. This position will enable you to gain experience and build up your confidence, skills and competence in care management.

Key responsibilities:

  • To provide support to individuals, promoting individuality, identity, rights, choice, privacy, independence, dignity and respect through informed choice.
  • To assist in the preparation and organising of assessments, reviews, PCPs and actively participating in these meetings.
  • Contribute toward the development and implementation of PBS plans, strategies and risk management.
  • To support your service in celebrating its successes and the achievements of the people you support.
  • This exciting opportunity will involve a mixture of office-based hours and support work. There is a requirement for flexible working including evenings and weekends.

About you:

  • Hold a recognised qualification in Health and Social Care or similar or be willing to work towards
  • Have knowledge of current regulations and legislation regarding care and support.
  • Have knowledge of Positive Behavioural Support.
  • Have experience working with clients with complex needs and/or challenging behaviour.
  • Have good interpersonal skills and the ability to promote and maintain good working relationships.
  • Be a Positive role model.
  • Hold a full driver’s license or be willing to obtain.
