Accomplish Group is actively seeking a Registered Manager for it's service Woodlands
Woodlands supports 6 adults with Mental Health Needs, a place where dreams take flight through training, volunteering, and job prospects.
Guided by the Recovery Star model, we prioritise holistic well-being by focusing on daily living skills, culinary proficiency, and community engagement, both supported and unsupported.
Collaborating with professionals, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and mental health teams, our paperwork is meticulously tailored to mental health support and progress.
The home is fully staffed with a dedicated team including Experienced Support Workers, Senior Support Workers, and a Deputy Manager. We take pride in maintaining a full staff team without reliance on agency staff. Our service is also fully bedded,
In your role, you will receive ongoing support by a dedicated team consisting of HR, Recruitment, Referrals, Marketing, Maintenance, Finance, Clinical, Legal, Commercial, Learning and Development and IT departments, you'll all work together towards the ultimate goal. Achieving CQC excellence and maintaining it.
You will also receive support and guidance from nine other Residential Homes we have in the region alongside a proactive regional manager, who has been with the company for years. Furthermore, a dedicated Divisional Manager will be at your disposal, enhancing the wealth of expertise and support available to you.

About you
- 2 years’ residential experience caring for adults with Mental Health Needs
- QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care
- Track record of proven CQC success
