JOB ROLE: Mental Health Wake Night Support Worker
LOCATION: Marston Green B37
SALARY: £12.00 - £12.70 per hour
HOURS: 35hrs a week
Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking Full Time Wake Night Support Workers to join our AMAZING supportive team at Greenview in Marston Green

Greenview supports eight adults with mental Health conditions.
Many of our Managers and Team Leaders joined us as a Support Worker and through ongoing training and coaching they are continuing to move further up the accomplish ladder into more senior positions
As a Wake Night Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including
- Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
- Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
- Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administrating medication.
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
- Assisting with personal care as required.
- Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
- Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development
