JOB ROLE: Wake Night Support Worker 

LOCATION: Tonypandy, Cardiff (CF40)

SALARY: £12.00 - £12.70* per hour

 

Due to continued growth we are urgently seeking full-time Wake Night Support Workers to join our team in Tonypandy, Cardiff.

Many of our Managers and Team Leaders joined us as a Support Worker and through ongoing training and coaching they are continuing to move further up the accomplish ladder!

Experience within the care sector is not needed as we offer full training, coaching and development

 

About Ty Gobaith:

We support up to 6 individuals with complex Mental Health needs to build on their strengths, skills and resilience, enabling them to develop their own set of resources to self-manage and stay well.

As a Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including

  • Prompting service users independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life
  • Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
  • Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administrating medication
  • Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping
  • Assisting with personal care (Depending on service user)
  • Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking
