Salary: £12.60 - £13.30 per hour / £22,932 - £24,206 per annum
Shift Patterns: Full time – 35 Hours a week – 8:30pm to 8:00am

About Honeybrook House
At Honeybrook House, we support up to 10 adults with learning disabilities and autism in a peaceful environment on the outskirts of Kidderminster. Our location offers the perfect balance of tranquility and access to community amenities, with the nearest town just a five-minute drive away and good public transport links.
Role Overview
We are looking for compassionate Waking Nights Support Workers to join our dedicated team. Experience in the care sector is not required, as we provide comprehensive training, coaching, and development opportunities to help you thrive in your role.
As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including:
- Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
- Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
- Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administrating medication.
- Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
- Assisting with personal care as required.
- Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
- Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
