Salary: £13.45 – £14.05 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications)
Hours: 23 per week
Shifts: 2 shifts per week (11.5 hours) – 9:00pm to 8:30am
Location: B13 9UT

To provide high-quality overnight support, ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and comfort of individuals within the service.
About Evergreen
At Evergreen, we support individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries, Autism, and Learning Disabilities. Our aim is to encourage independence and help people to engage with the community and participate in everyday activities.
We currently support five individuals who are largely independent and benefit from encouragement, guidance, and reassurance to achieve their personal goals.
As a Wake Night Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Monitor individuals overnight to ensure their safety and wellbeing
- Provide support as needed, including assistance with night-time care routines
- Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies during the night
- Maintain a calm, safe, and secure environment
- Carry out light domestic duties such as cleaning and tidying communal areas
- Accurately record any incidents or changes in condition
- Work independently with a high level of vigilance and attention to detail
- Remain calm, reliable, and responsible while delivering high-quality overnight support
Requirements
- Previous experience in a care or support role (preferred but not essential)
- Ability and willingness to work overnight shifts independently
- Calm, reliable, and responsible approach to work
- Good communication and observational skills
- Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care
- Ability to respond effectively to incidents or emergencies
- Basic IT skills for recording and reporting information
- Flexibility and commitment to delivering high-quality care
